Booking a Consult FAQ
Families can contact Noco Doula Collective through our website to schedule a free consultation for birth doula, postpartum doula, lactation, sleep support, or educational services. Scroll to the top of this page to book your consult now.
No! There is no charge for a consultation. We want you to have a chance to ask all of your questions, learn about our services and decide if we are a good fit for each other.
Absolutely! We always try to match our clients with doulas that are the best fit for their family. If there is someone specific you want to work with we are happy to match you with that doula as long as she has availability on her calendar for you. Take a look at our bios here.
During your consultation, we discuss your pregnancy, birth goals, parenting concerns, and the type of support you are looking for. This is also an opportunity to meet your potential doula and ask all the questions you have. We are also happy to discuss our packages and pricing during your consult.
Yes. Noco Doula Collective values strong client-doula relationships and can help match families with the best fit for their preferences and support goals. If you would like to meet with a few of us to find your best fit, just let us know.
We want you to be in love with your doula. So if you have a consult that doesn't quite feel right, let us know who else you would like to meet with. We have someone on our team for everyone.
We recommend scheduling your consultation as early as possible during pregnancy to ensure availability around your due date. Many of our doulas book up fast and will turn work away once their calendar is full. We are happy to take late hires if we have availability. Don't be afraid to reach out anytime to check for availability.
